Product Description

A latex based emulsion used as a tanking membrane for internal and external walls and to provide a sealed surface on concrete substrates under sheet membrane.

Coverage and Use

  • Mixing ratio one part CR25 to two parts with cement by volume.
  • 5Lt CR25 and 10 Litre cement – 12.5m2 @ 1mm thick.
  • Available in 5Lt & 20Lt.

Water based acrylic concrete dust proofer and hardener. Used in carparks and warehouses.

Product Description

Is a solvent based gel formulated for the removal of paint.  Used on timber, plaster and masonry.

Product Description

Is a solvent based paint removal system in an easy to use paper pulp carrier.  Used to remove paint from timber, plaster and masonry.

Coverage and Use

  • Apply by trowel at approximately 3 – 5mm thickness.
  • Time – 20 minutes for one coat and 24 hours for up to six coats.
  • Available in 4Lt & 20Lt.

High Block C

Product Description

A highly adhesive solvent based penetrating primer that locks into the substrate providing a mechanically stable surface. Used on masonry, fibre cement sheets, cementitious surfaces and over existing sound paint.

Coverage and Use

  • 8 – 10m2 per Litre.
  • Touch dry in 20 minutes @ 20ºc.
  • Available in 4Lt & 20Lt.

Water Repellent

Product Description

A clear impregnating water repellent that penetrates and chemically reacts with the cementitious surface preventing spalling and rebar corrosion by locking out water and harmful waterborne contaminants such as CO2.

Coverage and Use

  • Brick 2 – 5m2 per Litre by flood coating, depending on substrate.
  • Concrete 5m2 per Litre by flood coating, depending on substrate.
  • Two coats, wet on wet.
  • Available in 5Lt & 20Lt.

Product Description

Water based, high build, flexible, insulative coating used for temperature control surfaces. Used on factory roofs, farm buildings, mobile homes, silos, shopping centres and hospital roofs.

  • Spray or roller applied.
  • Minimum 12 hours drying time.
  • Available in 15Lt.

Two part coloured water based epoxy. Used on trafficable areas.

Product Description

Two part coloured water based epoxy. Used on basements, concrete and cement render priming lift wells, retaining walls, water tanks (potable).

Coverage and Use

  • Colours White or Grey.
  • Primer 5m2 per Litre per coat.
  • One coat required.
  • Vapour Barrier 3m2 per Litre 1st coat.
  • 5m2 per Litre 2nd coat.
  • Drying time 4 hours @ 25 ºc.
  • Available in 4Lt Kit (2 x 2Lt) & 20Lt Kit (2 x 10Lt).

Product Description

Two part clear water based epoxy. Used as a primer, binder, sealer and in concrete repair mortars.

Coverage and Use

  • Clear (refer to WB30 for colours)
  • Sealer 8m2 per Litre.
  • Two coats required.
  • Concrete Repair one part cement, three parts sand to one part WB25 by volume.
  • Available in 4Lt Kit (2x 2Lt) & 20Lt Kit (2 x 10Lt).

Formulated to impregnate porous materials or provide water and stain repellency. Used on concrete, brick, stone and porous materials.
